Refund Policy

No-Show on Scheduled Pick-Up Appointments:

• If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled pick-up appointment, we will retain 33,33% of the order value. This amount covers operational expenses and administrative costs associated with the missed appointment.

Delivery Fee and Farm Pick-Up:

• If a customer opts to pay a delivery fee but decides to pick up their order from the farm instead, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead, the customer will receive an egg credit. This credit will be an additional amount of eggs equivalent to the proportion of the delivery fee paid.

Product Sold As Is:

• No refund is available for products sold. All items are sold in their current condition, and no warranties or guarantees are provided regarding product performance or quality after purchase.

Farm Fresh Eggs:

• Our Farm Fresh eggs are sold unwashed to preserve their natural health benefits and nutritional value.
• Farm fresh eggs refer to eggs that are produced and harvested directly from our local farm. These eggs come from hens that have access to natural environments like pastures, where they can roam freely.
