Know your Farmer

My name is Wagner Krohling, and before moving to the United States, I spent over two decades working as a food marketing executive in Latin America. In 2018, I made the life-changing decision to emigrate with my family, seeking a better lifestyle and new opportunities. We eventually settled in Kissimmee, Florida—a place full of trees, sunshine, and just enough land to dream a little.

During the pandemic, while holding down two other jobs to make ends meet, I started a small chicken farm from scratch in our backyard. It began as an experiment—growing chia, a powerful superfood, to enrich the diet of our hens and give my family access to truly fresh, nutritious eggs. But soon, what started as a side project turned into something much bigger: a mission to build a better, more sustainable life through hard work, integrity, and community.

I may come from a corporate background, but I’m a hands-on person who believes in doing things the right way—even if it takes longer. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, learn as I go, and keep improving. That’s what Princess Flock is built on: care for the animals, pride in the quality of our food, and a commitment to serve others with honesty and heart.
